Getting Started
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button on the top right. You will need to provide your name, email, and phone number. We will send a verification code to your email/phone to activate your account.
How do I update my profile?
Once logged in, go to the "Profile" page from the dashboard menu. Here you can update your name, email, phone number, and change your password.
Placing Orders
How do I place an order?
1. Browse restaurants from the homepage.
2. Select a restaurant and add items to your cart.
3. Click the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
4. Choose Delivery or Pickup, select your payment method, and confirm.

Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes, if you have a subscription plan, you can use our "Auto-Order" feature in your profile settings to schedule lunch deliveries automatically.
Payment Methods
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money payments from all major networks (M-PESA, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Azam Pesa). We also offer Cash on Delivery for repeat customers.
How do I verify my payment?
After sending money to our Lipa number, take a screenshot of the confirmation SMS. Upload this screenshot on the checkout page. Our team will verify it within minutes.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a transaction fails but money was deducted, please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID.
Delivery & Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We currently cover the greater Arusha urban area, including Njiro, Sakina, CBD, and Kwa Mrombo. Check your location during checkout to see if you are in range.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between the restaurant and your location. The standard base fee is TZS 2,000.
How do I pick up my order?
Select "Pickup" at checkout. Once the order status shows "Ready for Pickup", go to the restaurant and show them your Order Reference Number.
Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only if the status is "Pending". Once the restaurant starts "Preparing" your food, cancellations are not allowed.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are credited back to your Jikoni Safari Wallet immediately. Mobile money reversals may take up to 24 hours.
