1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Jikoni Safari platform (website and services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
3. Service Description
Jikoni Safari operates as an online marketplace which serves the customers (users) the natural tanzanian cuisines to their door steps.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available for payments.
- Treat restaurant staff and riders with respect.
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Order Process
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is only confirmed when accepted by the Restaurant.
6. Payments
We support payments via Mobile Money and Jikoni Wallet. Payment screenshots may be required for verification.
7. Delivery & Pick-Up Rules
Delivery times displayed are estimates. You must be available at the delivery location to receive your order.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled while in "Pending" status. Once "Preparing", orders cannot be cancelled.
9. Content Ownership
All content on Jikoni Safari is our property. User-generated content grants us a non-exclusive license to use such content.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not hack, scrape, or disrupt our services. Uploading viruses or spamming is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Jikoni Safari is not liable for food quality issues, which are the sole responsibility of the Restaurant.
12. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
13. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
